Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of these two options:
Please email us at INFO@MADISON214.COM with any and all return information and we will then issue a return label for you to send back the approved merchandise for store credit minus the charges for the return shipping. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping labels that may be on your return package. Package the return and seal it securely. Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the following address 1182 Quaker St. Dallas, Texas 75207. If you do not request a return shipping label you will be issued the full store credit amount for the merchandise and will not incur the return shipping charge. You will bear all risk of loss for any shipping method utilized other than the use of the return label provided by Madison214.
Present the merchandise to an associate at our MADISON store in Highland Park Village, Dallas Texas with the invoice. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt of your return.
