We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.

RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days for store credit, less return shipping costs paid by Madison214. To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the form of store credit:

  1.  All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The merchandise must be in saleable condition; and
  3. The merchandise must not be altered.

Sale merchandise is a final sale and non-returnable. The following items are not returnable at any time: anything monogramed, altered merchandise, or any item marked Final Sale.


Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of these two options:

Please email us at INFO@MADISON214.COM with any and all return information and we will then issue a return label for you to send back the approved merchandise for store credit minus the charges for the return shipping. 

You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping labels that may be on your return package. Package the return and seal it securely. Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location.

If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the following address 1182 Quaker St. Dallas, Texas 75207. If you do not request a return shipping label you will be issued the full store credit amount for the merchandise and will not incur the return shipping charge. You will bear all risk of loss for any shipping method utilized other than the use of the return label provided by Madison214. 


IN STORE

Present the merchandise to an associate at our MADISON store in Highland Park Village, Dallas Texas with the invoice. The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt of your return.

HOW DO I KNOW MADISON RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a UPS tracking number.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order please call Customer Service at 1.800.531.1624. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

You have an option to cancel the order and place a new one. Please call Customer Service at 1.800.531.1624.

Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
